Our client, a global manufacturing company with local North American headquarters, has engaged us to find a Senior Labor & Employment Counsel to join their growing legal team.  Candidates must have 8+ years of labor & employment experience, with at least 4+ years of in-house experience.  The hired attorney will work closely with HR Business Leaders providing advice, counsel, and training on state and federal employment matters, review and draft internal policies, investigate and handle all EEOC claims and other employment matters, as well as assist with other substantive matters (M&A, Benefits, Commercial Agreements).  This hire will report directly to the Associate General Counsel.  Local and relocation candidates will be considered.  The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast past environment.  Competitive compensation and benefits offered.  For consideration, please submit your resume to jobs@partners-group.com.
