Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its highly ranked nationally recognized Environmental Law practice group as a non-partnership track salaried staff attorney in our San Francisco office. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of between 1500 – 1800 hours. Applicants would preferably have three or more years’ experience in environmental counseling, with particular emphasis on contaminated site cleanup and related transactional work, experience with Superfund regulatory work, Brownfields transaction work, and familiarity working with the Regional Water Quality Control Boards and/or the Department of Toxic Substance Control on site cleanup requirements in California. A successful candidate will have strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Occasional travel required. Must be admitted to the California Bar.
