Litigation Associate 
The candidate for this position should have two to five years of litigation experience and will work out of our Princeton office.  The position involves representing our Fortune 500 and other clients primarily in the areas of Commercial and Insurance Coverage and Defense matters.  The candidate should have good organizational and legal analytical skills, proficient writing ability, flexibility in a fast-paced environment and be a collegial, team player with an understanding of the business interests of our clients and the firm.
Insurance Defense/Litigation Associate – Flexibility to Work Remotely
The candidate for our NY litigation associate should have two to three years of experience handling litigation matters in City Civil, Small Claims and New York Supreme Court,  involving automobile property damage, residential property damage, and insurance coverage disputes, mainly in the 5 boroughs, on behalf of several national insurance companies.  This opportunity offers flexible hours and the ability to work from home.
Senior Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Attorney
This position requires  4-6 years of experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, and the candidate will work out of our Princeton, New Jersey office. The candidate should be able to work with clients, the court and adversaries at a high level, have excellent writing skills and the ability to prepare all pleadings required in complex bankruptcy and other commercial matters.
