Associate Attorney  

We are a small and growing law firm in New Canaan, Connecticut. We primarily handle criminal defense and serious injury cases. The principal of the firm hasbeen practicing for twenty-eight years.What does our Associate Attorney do?Our associate attorney will supervise all phases of pre-suit and post-suit litigation, including diligent analysis of written discovery, ensuring both defense compliance and the compliance with the plaintiff's continuing duty to disclose. Associate attorneys prepare for and conduct fact and expert witness depositions.They prepare for criminal and civil trials. They also research and prepare motions and legal memoranda.
