Contracts Administrator: Commercial and Government (GSA) Contracts

TEMPORARY/PART-TIME (PH110619-KA): Our Marlton NJ-based client needs an experienced Contracts Administrator, NOT AN ATTORNEY!!!, to handle working with both commercial contracts and government contracts. You will be reviewing a wide variety of contracts, from NDAs to more complex agreements. You will be reporting directly to the General Counsel. The client is implementing new Contracts Database and Document Management systems over the next few months so experience with a variety of systems will be beneficial for this new implementation.
 
The client is also a Government contractor and government contract administration is paperwork intensive. Our client requires someone familiar with working on GSA based contracts, who is organized and adept at this type of work. 5 - 7 years’ experience is the target candidate.
 
The selected candidate must be able to commit to a minimum of 21 hours a week. Work is both on-site and virtual. Excellent opportunity to assist a small and dynamic legal department.
Looking to start a qualified candidate in/around early December. This is an Open-ended assignment so TELL YOUR RECRUITER what duration you could commit to: 4 months, etc.
