Our Philadelphia office seeks an associate with three to five years of IP litigation experience.  He or she will join our IP Department and work on a full range of IP litigation matters, including patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. Excellent academic credentials, experience with patent litigation, and superb writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills are required.  A technical background, membership in the Patent Bar, and/or experience as a judicial clerk are advantages, but are not required.
