Hartford Law Firm seeking Associate Attorney Position.  General Practice focusing primarily on Personal Injury, Employment Litigation and Workers' Compensation. Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of litigation experience including taking and defending depositions, conducting jury trials, legal research and writing skills, and ability to work independently in a busy atmosphere. Candidate will be responsible to draft motions, argue short calendar, take and defend depositions, issue and respond to written discovery, attend Court hearings, conduct jury trials, work closely with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
