An elite asset manager seeks a highly credentialed associate with 6+ years in investment management, finance (CLO work is ideal) or related practice areas to join their legal team.  The attorney will be heavily involved in all aspects of the business including working directly with the investment team on sophisticated transactions.  
Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act and the Securities Act are ideal. Applicants will have excellent academics from a top tier law school and 6+ years of experience at a prominent law firm (in-house experience is welcome as well).
