The Costa Law Firm, a well-established, proven and growing AV-Rated firm in the Sacramento area, is seeking a talented and highly motivated associate attorney with 4+ years experience handling civil litigation matters including bodily injury cases (auto, premises liability, products, transportation, construction, and landlord/tenant), labor and employment, consumer remedies, toxic tort, and environmental.  The following criteria are preferred:

A desire to work in a friendly and fast-paced office
Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Effectively negotiate settlements, attend hearings and trials
Ability to argue motions and take effective depositions
Ability to independently handle own caseload
Experience working with insurance companies and corporate/individual clients
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
Must be able to draft pleadings, discovery, and reports
