Experience in employment-based cases including labor certifications, EB petitions, nonimmigrant work visas and J-1 waiver issues preferred, but not required. Candidate’s with at least 3 year’s experience will be considered. Excellent writing, client service and case management ability required. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative are essential.
