Coral Gables law firm of Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen has an immediate opening for a full-time and permanent Personal Injury Legal Assistant to become part of our team!
You will provide critical support to our medical malpractice investigative staff division who are friendly and excited to mentor a new team member. Duties will include E-filing, scheduling, organizing files, requesting records, transcription and you will also have the opportunity to interact directly with our clients and medical experts. You will also have the opportunity to work with the lawyers overseeing these cases.
The ideal applicant will have no less than 3 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Bilingual is preferred but not required.
