Schenck Price's Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use Group and Corporate Practice Group is seeking an Associate with 1-3 years of land use, redevelopment, and real estate transactional experience, specifically in representation of municipal land use boards, major commercial and residential developers and investors.  The opening also envisions that the Associate will provide assistance to the firm’s General Corporate Practice Group and Banking Practice Group on a regular basis.  The firm's real estate and land use practice includes the representation of municipal land use boards, developers, sellers, purchasers, landlords, and tenants with regard to the acquisition, sale, development, and leasing of real estate. A qualified candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, along with strong written and oral communication skills.
The successful candidate must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
