Duane Morris LLP has an opening in for a health care associate with at 2-5 years of experience to join the firm’s Health Law Practice Group.  The ideal candidate should have a strong health care regulatory background with experience in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, commercial pay or reimbursement, managed care, and a working knowledge/background in ERISA litigation. ​The candidate should have demonstrated interest and experience in practicing health law and should possess strong self-starter credentials with good writing, communication and client relations skills.  This position will be located in the Atlanta, Miami, Austin or Philadelphia office, thus there is a strong preference for candidates to be  licensed in those jurisdictions or eligible for waivers.
