MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Traditional Labor

The Los Angeles office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor and Workforce Management practice.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience dealing with traditional labor issues including, but not limited to, the National Labor Relations Act, NLRB administrative and enforcement proceedings, handling of ULPs, labor arbitrations, union campaigns and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.  Juris Doctorate degree is required and admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
