Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Philadelphia office for an associate or counsel to join its Private Client Services Practice Group.  Ideal candidate should have at least 6-10 years of large law firm experience in estate and tax planning work for high net worth individuals.  Experience with international planning matters is helpful but not required.   A strong tax background along with superior academic credentials is preferred.   Pennsylvania Bar admission required.  EOE/AA/M/F/D/V.
