Suburban DC firm with sophisticated real estate developer practice seeks to add a part time/flex time lawyer with at least 5 years of very strong experience in acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, loan origination, etc. (Zoning/land use experience not necessary) Must be able to work independently and be comfortable with all types of sophisticated real estate transactions. Will work part time and be able to telecommute for part of each week. Firm has about 1000 hours annually of work over load.
This firm has a collegial culture and a very strong client base. Firm has been in existence for many years, is financially stable and has been turning away work. Compensation is competitive with (and potentially better than) large law firms. Title is negotiable.
