Our close client, a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm with one of the largest Real Estate practices in the nation, is seeking to hire a senior associate or counsel with substantial/broad experience in dispositions, acquisitions, and financings of commercial real property. Experience in drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements is a plus. Candidates should be interested in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
