Provide 1st / 2nd level technical support, configure, test, deploy and troubleshoot all hardware/software issues. Experienced with all windows operating systems, Experienced with all mobility, iOS/Android & Apps. Experienced with Office 365, Active Directory knowledge. Experience with physical network devices and printers. Excellent communication skills, VIP Support. Multi-tasking is a very necessary skill for this job.
