Commercial Defense and Product Liability Associate with 4-7 years’ experience.
The firm is looking for a candidate who can work independently and has the ability to issue spot and problem solve. Strong writing skills, substantial experience with written discovery and depositions preferred. Experience appearing in Court preferred. NJ admission required.
Insurance Services (New Jersey & New York): one with 2-4 years of experience and one with 6-8 years of insurance coverage experience to work in our Insurance Services Group handling a wide variety of insurance coverage litigation matters and disputes.
Candidates should have experience, commensurate with their years, litigating in New Jersey and/or New York state and federal courts. Excellent research, writing and analytical skills also required.
