We are expanding our firm and are looking for an attorney who wants a practice that combines advice and counseling, litigation and trials in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. Our comprehensive employment law practice includes compliance advice and counseling, audits, employee handbooks and policies and procedures, harassment prevention and management training, and workplace investigations, as well as representations before administrative agencies, and single plaintiff to class action litigations arising in state and federal courts and binding arbitrations. Our expertise covers all aspects of the employee-employer relationship, including hiring, discipline, and termination; disability accommodations; family, medical, and other leaves of absences; wage and hour compliance; misclassification issues; reductions in force; claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and/or wrongful termination; employee mobility and the protection of trade secrets; non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; independent contractor agreements; drug and alcohol testing; criminal and other background checks; and employee misconduct investigations.
