A general practice firm with a focus on insurance defense seeks an Associate with 0 to 3 years’ experience. The office is located in Freehold, New Jersey.
Responsibilities include legal research and writing, drafting pleadings and discovery responses, court appearances, handling oral argument, attending depositions and supporting trial attorneys. 
Candidates must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Westlaw and Fastcase.
The position is full time; however, we can provide a flexible schedule.
