Legalpeople is staffing a new opportunity for one of our clients, a boutique litigation firm. They are looking for someone to assist them on some overflow work with a potential duration of 2 to 3 months or longer.  This position will start as a remote position due to the COVID-19 Virus.
After the COVID-19 Virus crisis is over, they are looking for someone to work in their offices in Midtown for 20 to 30 hours per week. They will provide some flexibility with a work from home arrangement. Ideally, they are looking for an experienced litigator with 5 plus years of experience handling consumer class action defense. Experience working with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act would be ideal but not required as long as you have consumer class action litigation experience.
