Rogers Joseph O’Donnell is currently seeking an associate with 3-5 years of employment litigation experience for its management-side employment practice group in San Francisco. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, litigation experience, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.  The candidate should have concrete discovery and law and motion experience.  Class action experience is also desirable, but not required.
