Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) is staffing a part time remote litigation position for a small firm in Atlanta.  The position will be remote until August at which time the position may sit in the firm’s office near SunTrust Park. 
The firm is looking for at least 5 plus years of litigation experience with at least part of that litigation experience being in Construction Litigation.  Ideally, the firm would like the candidate to be able to attend hearings, take and defend depositions, go to court and manage case files.
The firm estimates they will have 10 to 15 hours of work per week to start but this could grow to 40 hours pretty quickly.  The firm is also interested in this position turning into a permanent position.
