Senior Litigation Attorney

The Office of the Legal Adviser of the Department of State seeks an attorney with at least 5 years of litigation/arbitration experience to assist in the handling of arbitrations and proceedings before Investor-State tribunals, the International Court of Justice, the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal and other international fora.
Salary: GS Level 15 (salary range:  $142,701 - $170,800), commensurate with experience.
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, have a J.D. degree, and be a member in good standing of a state bar.
Extensive arbitration experience, particularly before international panels and tribunals, and proficiency in Spanish or French, are preferred. Ability to obtain security clearance is required.
