Our client, a publicly traded provider of software and solutions, is looking to a senior level attorney with 6-9 years of experience for their growing in-house legal department. Candidates must have experience with a variety of technology agreements, specifically as it relates to SaaS offerings (customer and partner subscription and consulting agreements) as well as supplier and procurement agreements. Must have excellent negotiation and drafting experience. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong preference for big law training. Company offers generous compensation and excellent benefits. Preference for local candidates but relocation candidates will be considered. Hired attorney will start remotely and then work in Midtown Atlanta office.
