 Our client’s New York office has an urgent need for an Associate with 3-7 years’ experience to join their Capital Markets and Securities Group. You will represent private equity firms and their portfolio companies in connection with their acquisition financings, initial public offerings and subsequent financings. You will advise major public companies on their U.S. and global capital markets transactions, including equity, debt and hybrid securities offerings and a full range of registered public offerings and private placements. You will be involved in SEC registered or Rule 144A offerings involving U.S. and non-U.S. issuers.
