Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate, 3-5 years, US Law Firm, Palo Alto
 Our client is a highly regarded US law firm who are keen to hear from strong Associates with Executive Compensation and Benefits experience to join their Palo Alto office in their top tier practice group. Candidates should have knowledge on the preparation of compensation sections, proxy statements, and public disclosures is preferred. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83) is preferred.
