Our client, a health care company, is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its expanding legal team. Candidate must have 5+ years of real estate experience, specifically experience negotiating and drafting leases and handling acquisitions within the health care industry and be able to address and spot issues relating to the industry. Ideal candidates will be team players and excellent negotiators. Attorneys coming from either a law firm or an in-house environment will be considered.  Preference for local candidates, but relocation candidates will also be considered. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing organization. Very strong compensation and benefits offered.
