Our patent litigation group has significant experience litigating, mediating, arbitrating and managing complex, multi-jurisdiction IP disputes, including managing matters both nationally and internationally. We have a track record of success in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel reexamination proceedings.
We are seeking a junior patent litigation associate for our New York office. The ideal candidate will have one (1) to three (3) years of relevant patent, IP, and/or commercial litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must. Undergraduate or graduate degree, and/or academic or industry experience, in biology, chemistry, or similar life sciences field preferred. Interest in life sciences a must. NY bar membership preferred, but out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
