TEMPORARY/REMOTE:   A technology company in the Phoenix, Arizona area is looking or an attorney who is experienced with sales and purchase terms pertaining to government contracts. The attorney must have an expert working knowledge of the FARS and DFARS, specifically in the aerospace and defense industries.    The attorney will be reviewing purchase orders from US prime customers and negotiating sales terms for aerospace and defense orders.  
The work is on a project by project basis as needed, with an estimate of about 15 to 20 hours per month.    The work should last three to six months, but may go longer.
