Skolnick Legal Group, P.C. is seeking two Litigation Associates to join its Roseland, New Jersey office. Candidates must be admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and have two or more years of litigation experience. This position is an excellent growth opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with Managing Partner
Drafting motions, briefs and responding to discovery
Deposition preparations
Providing direct assistance clients in office and court settings
Managing cases, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing workload
Make court appearances as needed in New York and New Jersey

 
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Excellent research, writing and analytic skills
Ability to work independently
Ideal applicant can become familiar with new areas of the law quickly
Ability to communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and agencies in a professional manner
Admission to the New Jersey and New York bar required
