Transactional Attorney - Logistics/Supply Chain

ATTORNEY: PART-TIME: A Dallas area company needs help with its supply chain/logistics contracts. It is seeking an attorney with at least 5 years of transactional experience relating to logistics and supply chain matters. The attorney will draft and negotiate commercial agreements and manage claims disputes. Experience in logistics, warehouse management and transportation is required.
Work involves about 20 hours/week, to be performed onsite at the company's offices 3 days/week. Engagement is expected to last 4-6 months.
Candidates must be admitted to the Texas bar and have worked as a transactional attorney both in-house and at a law firm.
