The ideal candidate will have both law firm and in-house experience, a business-friendly and practical approach to providing guidance to clients, strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently (without a great deal of oversight/support by in-house counsel) and effectively with Sales and Marketing managers. 
 
The volume of overflow work will start at 10 to 15 hours per month, with room for more over time, depending on performance.   The work is expected to start in the next month or two and last through year end.”
