OR 060520: TEMPORARY PART-TIME: Law firm client with immediate need seeks Oregon-licensed M&A attorney to help with real estate transaction and due diligence. You must be familiar with perfecting a real estate transaction in Oregon including deed filing, and any and all state specific requirements in Oregon for asset purchase transactions. This is a part-time role estimated to take between 100 -160 hours in total across a few months.
The attorney _will not_ have to be physically located in Oregon, but needs to have a currently active Oregon law license, and no disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.
