COMMERCIAL LEASE REVIEW ATTORNEY
 
Temporary/Full-Time. (NJ060520): Local company in Atlantic County, New Jersey, with interests in seasonal storefronts, seeks a commercial leasing attorney well-versed in commercial lease language for strip malls, malls, etc. where seasonal storefronts populate. 5-7 years’ experience would be ideal, with experience with drafting, negotiating and reviewing such leases. Modest hourly rate.
 
 
Location is in Southern New Jersey. Greatly prefer the selected attorney work on-site at company for the first week, then balance of the work can be done remotely.
 
 
Anticipate that this work may go 3-5 months so you must indicate what commitment you could make to the project.
Interviewing immediately. Anticipate starting shortly thereafter.
Must have at least one state law license, active and in good-standing with no disciplinary history in ANY jurisdiction.
