Small-mid size law firm in the greater Baltimore area seeks to add a 3-5 year associate. Firm is extremely busy and is considering new space due to growth.
MUST have strong m&a and general corporate experience from a highly regarded law firm/business law boutique. Private Equity experience is also preferred. Firm works on sophisticated deals with national clients. Most lawyers at the firm have come from BigLaw.
This firm has seen no downturn during COVID-19. They have an outstanding culture and the lawyers genuinely like each other. They have been going into the office on a rotating basis. Everyone is busy. Compensation is excellent and benefits are top shelf. Firm has a very reasonable billable hour requirement with an excellent bonus structure.
