Our client, a top Texas-based firm, has an immediate opening for two associates to join the Wealth Preservation practice group in their Dallas office. One of the roles is on the planning side and the other will handle fiduciary litigation. The ideal candidates for the planning role will have 1-3 years of experience with estate planning and administration, including drafting sophisticated estate planning documents. Experience with business succession planning and general tax knowledge is also important. The fiduciary litigation role for the group also requires 1-3 years of experience in that area. The firm will consider relocation candidates with ties to Texas – they are looking for someone who would like to grow with the group.
