 Our client is a highly regarded US law firm who are keen to hear from strong Associates with SALT and Litigation experience to join their prominent State & Local Tax practice group.
 Our client’s Los Angeles office has an immediate need in its State & Local Tax group for a litigation associate, who is also interested and committed to developing an expertise in unclaimed property litigation and non-litigation (including compliance, audit defense and planning). It is anticipated that the associate would spend approximately half capacity on general litigation matters and the remaining time on unclaimed property. Prior experience with unclaimed property is beneficial but not expected or required.  The ideal candidate must be admitted to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
