One of the world's preeminent medical research centers is seeking a senior associate general counsel to draft and manage compliance of clinical research activities and grant applications. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and finalizing research related contracts for various departments. Candidates must have experience with compliance and regulatory issues including FDA, NIH, data privacy, and state and federal regulations. Experience with intellectual property and commercialization of research activities also required.
