Premier Washington, DC energy boutique seeks a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of electric energy regulatory experience to join its national practice. Work is focused on representing RTOs and similar clients before federal and state regulators; will provide FERC counseling/compliance guidance as well as related litigation. Relevant experience includes law firm or in-house tenure advising clients on similar energy matters. The ideal candidate will possess a long-term commitment to energy law.
