TEMP TO PERM/FULL-TIME:  A company in the Dallas, Texas area is seeking an experienced general counsel to lead its in-house legal team.    The attorney must have experience in health care related matters.   Experience with senior living facilities is preferred.   In addition, the attorney must have experience providing senior level advice in the corporate, transactional and litigation areas.  Experience with Covid-19 matters is also required.   
This position requires on-site presence in Dallas and will be filled on a temp to perm basis.
