Ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience at a highly regarded firm and be 100% committed to focusing on plaintiffs work. Must be a member of the CA bar. Firm also has an office in another state and the lawyers frequently work across offices with most of the work originating from CA. Very strong camaraderie among associates. Partners are approachable and are excellent mentors.
If you are looking for hands on work, this is the firm for you. Associates are encouraged to take and defend depositions, argue motions, etc.  Associates and partners at this firm are former BigLaw or government attorneys with excellent credentials who were strongly motivated to move to the plaintiffs’ side.
Firm offers a reasonable base, a multi layered bonus program and excellent benefits. All lawyers are currently working remotely but there is flexibility on remote working even during normal times.
