Any State Licensed Attorney: SEC Filings//M&A experience; Residential RE experience a Plus

Any State Licensed Attorney: SEC Filings//M&A experience; Residential RE experience a PlusVIRT62020: Temp/Part-Time PLUS.We have a client located in WA state, that needs an experienced (5-10 years) corporate attorney who has worked on SEC filings, and has solid M & A experience. The aforementioned work would likely be PT Plus in the beginning, but may likely increase over time. The SEC skills are the PRIMARY need. M&A, transactional and due diligence experience and skills are a close second. Additionally. if the attorney has residential RE skills and experience, that would be a PLUS, as that need is important to fill, too.

This company works in the technology realm. It is a cloud-based business, working nationwide. The selected candidate would be working VIRTUALLY and so it does not matter where in the US you are located. The client does expect the attorney to possess at least one state law license that is active and in good-standing. The attorney may not have any disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.

This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person! The company is growing and is a wonderful place to work.

If you are flexible enough to start PT and possibly grow into a larger need, AND possess the skills outlined in this posting, please send your resume to Elissa R. Outtrim, Esq., your Recruiting Attorney, at eouttrim@assignedcounsel.com

You should send a cover letter with your resume, outlining why you believe you are a great fit for this work, AND stating your target HOURLY RATE plus your availability to interview and to start.
