Our client is a highly regarded US law firm who are keen to hear from strong Associates with Fund Finance experience to join their New York or Boston offices in their top tier practice group. Candidates should have experience working on debt finance transactions with private equity and venture capital funds and significant experience drafting and negotiating loan documents and reviewing limited partnership agreements for private equity and venture capital funds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive law firm and work closely with market-leading partners. Career progression is on offer.
 
The successful candidate will have 2 to 6 years of post-qualification experience gained at a highly regarded international law firm.
