TEMP, P/T, VIRTUAL! - Attorney with SEC Filings/M&A Experience

TEMP, PART-TIME PLUS, REMOTE (VIRT62220):
Great opportunity with a cloud-based technology company located in Washington state, that needs an experienced (5-10 years) corporate attorney who has worked on SEC filings and has solid M & A experience. Work would likely be PT Plus in the beginning, but may likely increase over time. The SEC skills are the PRIMARY need. M&A, transactional and due diligence experience and skills are a close second.

Since the company operates nationally, the candidate came work remotely from any part of the US. The attorney must be admitted to at least one state bar, with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.

This is a fabulous opportunity for the right person! The company is growing and is a wonderful place to work.

If you are flexible enough to start PT and possibly grow into a larger need, AND possess the skills outlined in this posting, please send your resume to Elissa R. Outtrim, Esq., your Recruiting Attorney, at eouttrim@assignedcounsel.com

You should send a cover letter with your resume, outlining why you believe you are a great fit for this work, AND stating your target HOURLY RATE plus your availability to interview and to start.

Thank you!
