TEMPORARY/PERIODIC/REMOTE: A technology company is searching for an experienced transactional attorney with 10-+ years of experience directly supporting sales or procurement teams. Company will prioritize candidates with strong background in inbound/outbound technology and software licensing agreements relating to technology that is incorporated into products sold by client or customer.
The ideal candidate will have both law firm and in-house experience, focused on work with technology companies (not pharmaceutical, manufacturing or energy).
Candidates must demonstrate a business-friendly and practical approach to providing guidance to clients, strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with sales and marketing teams.
The volume of overflow work will start at 10 to 15 hours per month, with room for more over time, depending on performance. The work is expected to start in the next month or two and last through year end.
Work can be performed remotely from any location in U.S. Candidates must be admitted to at least one Bar, in good standing with no disciplinary record.
