Our client’s New York office is seeking a US qualified Attorney with 2-5 years of experience (private practice or government agency) in antitrust law, to assume significant responsibilities in antitrust investigations and complex litigations. The nature of the work involves representing clients in civil antitrust litigation, defense of regulatory investigations (FTC/DOJ and International) and merger investigations. Experience with non-antitrust government investigations and clerkship/judicial internship experience is also relevant.
