An innovative statewide litigation boutique is seeking an attorney to work from home and litigate cases in the Tampa Bay area. The ideal candidate will be located in the Bay area and have 5-10 years of experience handling insurance defense, general civil negligence, and business disputes. Experience in Family Law would be a plus. Candidates must be able to handle cases from inception through trial, so first-chair trial experience is strongly preferred. While this is a work-from-home position, the candidate will be required to travel for court appearances in Tampa Bay. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus tied to billings and collections.
