PH062420: Temp PT or FT (Remote): Attorney for commercial contracts, MOUs, Grant work. Our client, a non-profit educational entity, has an immediate need for an attorney, ranging from 4-8 years in practice, who can negotiate/draft/review/revise a wide array of contracts, as well as have experience with writing MOUs (Memoranda of Understanding). The attorney should also have experience with Grants.
This is a REMOTE assignment due to Covid-19, for the foreseeable future. Open-ended assignment for as long as there is a need.
Actively-licensed PA attorney sought. Must have no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
One opening. Modest rates scaled to level of experience..
